SJMS Osteopathy is run by Susannah Jane Money-Schenk, a fully qualified human and equine osteopath. We specialise in treating people and horses throughout Suffolk and Essex in order to minimise injury and maximise performance. Susannah has many qualifications under her belt including Pre and Post Natal Coaching which she offers in a 1:1 or small group basis at CrossFit Colchester. Her other qualifications include: Sports Massage Therapy Roc Doc - RockTaping Specialist Dry Needling IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage) for Humans, Horse and Dogs Fitness Instructor CrossFit Level 2 Coach.

Jodie and Hannah set up their fitness classes online in the first lockdown to help keep people happy and motivated with their training! The response far exceeded their expectations, meaning they now are able to run live “Bootcamp” style classes at the gym suitable for anyone and everyone who wants to come to a fun, friendly fitness class and get a great workout in! We love people to be happy, that’s the bottom line.
