At CrossFit Colchester, we encourage everyone to live an active and healthy lifestyle. That includes you as an adult, but as importantly the rest of your family too. That’s why CrossFit Colchester Kids offers your children the same opportunity you have at CrossFit Colchester – to learn, grow, socialise and have a lot of fun in a safe and structured environment alongside friends with similar goals and ambitions.
Teaching your kids to embrace movement, to push, pull, jump, run and ultimately install such a fundamental healthy habit will nurture a more creative, capable and most importantly happy little human and we can do just that.
Our program is designed to provide a fun-filled hour for your kids. In each session, the emphasis is always on enjoyment! After creating an understanding of how your child learns best we will layer our teaching of safe movement and encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits outside the session in an appropriate way and at an appropriate pace for your child. Once we have built an understanding of the basics, we’ll progress the sessions accordingly to include REAL CrossFit, preparing your ‘little one’ to join the adult classes and show us ‘oldies’ how it’s done.
CrossFit Kids Levels & Class times
Our CrossFit Kids sessions run on Saturday afternoon in two separate age groups:
Age 5-9 = 12:15pm
Age 10+ = 1:15pm
Classes are £7 per session – please pay in cash upon arrival at each session.
