During an initial chat with your coach you’ll identify exactly what you’d like to work on and draw a very clear road map from where you are now, to where you’d like to be. Your coach will then put together your weekly program which is delivered through the app Overfit which gives you direct contact with your coach 24/7 and weekly check-ins to make sure you’re still on the right path.
